We have partnered with Entabeni Systems to be able to provide a best-in-class RFID system and sales platform. That means that like Saddleback, Sugarloaf, Sunday River and the other “big mountains,” you’ll save money and time by buying your season pass or day tickets online, in advance of your arrival. Your new RFID card is refillable and can be used for a variety of goods and services at the Snow Bowl. It will also allow us to communicate more seamlessly with you about the operations of the mountain. Finally, the system allows us to understand how the mountain is being skied, and therefore how to staff and prepare the mountain to meet those demands.

It will be important that you complete the registration steps online and create your Snow Bowl account before the season starts. It’s a slick system where you can upload your family’s photos, sign waivers, verify residency and opt to pay the full cost in three installments before Dec. 15. You’ll also need an account and an RFID card to purchase day tickets – either online in advance or when you arrive at the mountain. Waiting to do all this at the ticket window will create really long lines that we all want to avoid, and will ultimately be more expensive. The best deal, and to guarantee a hassle-free experience for not only you, but also for mountain staff, is to register in advance. This is the case for all the mountains moving to RFID systems, and likely something many of you are already familiar with.

For those wishing to pay for a season pass with cash or a check, please register an account online and then stop in the office to complete your transaction. All credit card transactions should be completed online - there is no benefit to calling the office to pay with a card. Season pass RFID cards will be available for pickup before ski season starts, provided you set up an account, complete the steps and finalize your purchase.
